Oak & Stone was born from a journey that began long before we ever considered turning our passion into a business. It all started in 2014 when we boldly moved from Middleton, WI to Palm Desert, CA. In this new and unfamiliar place, we took on a challenging yet rewarding renovation—one that would ultimately shape our future.

The property we purchased in south Palm Desert was, to put it lightly, a near tear-down. But what it lacked in condition, it made up for in potential and location. As we rolled up our sleeves and worked alongside contractors to transform every inch of the home, we discovered not only the joy of renovation but also a deep appreciation for home design. This project ignited a passion that we’ve pursued ever since.
